


There is a lot of talk about rest intervals these days, and recent studies show that longer is optimal for gains.

For instance, resting longer might be more optimal, but asking someone to rest 3:00 after every exercise because they'll get better gains is NOT practical for most everyday athletes.

Do the math - 5 exercises x 3:00 of rest between sets x 5 sets each....
Unless you are a professional athlete getting paid to train, you probably don't have time for that.
