What If I can only train 2, 3, or 4x per week?
EVOLV is an adaptable training plan consisting of three full body sessions, two aerobic conditioning sessions, and one optional conditioning session. If you can only perform 2 sessions per week, not a problem. Our coaches will give you guidance on what sessions to perform!
Can this program be done in a commercial gym?
EVOLV uses supersets, giant sets, and circuits regularly making it a challenge to the perform the sessions as written at a commercial gym, but performing one movement at a time is an option, but the session will take longer than is stated here below.
How long do the sessions take?
Once you're used to the programming structure (about 1-2 weeks time) sessions should not take you longer than 60 minutes (most session are around 50 minutes), including both warm-up & cooldown.
Can I get stronger with this style of training?
An unequivocal yes! Not only will you get stronger you'll be able to see gains in body composition and work capacity, BUT most importantly improving how you FEEL!
Who is this training plan for?
Someone that is a ready for a change and tired of 'grinding.' It's also for someone that cannot train 6-7x per week and needs to be efficient with the training time that they do have. This is not a plan for beginners.
Is there support available?
Yes! We have coaches standing by to answer your questions as well as private FB group that supports all of our athletes.
Is there a commitment?
Nope, you can cancel at any time.
What equipment do I need?
A squat rack with a pull-up bar, one piece of cardio equipment, dumbbells, kettlebells, TRX straps (or rings), resistance bands, a barbell, and a bench. Anything above what's listed alternatives will be provided (most of this is standard equipment at a CrossFit gym.)
